Today I had to go to the supermarket to get some milk and I just couldnt help myself when I saw tim tams where half price!!! So I bought the salted caramel ones and I bought the red velvet and I thought, I would share them with the kids and my hubby. But Im ashamed to say that today I felt so stressed with the kids that I ate BOTH packets!!!!
I couldn't believe it, I just so easily did it too.
Growing up my mum would sit down with a nice cup of tea and biccy's. Have I just developed the same habit from a learnt experience growing up or do I naturally crave sugar?
How do I stop myself from craving it? Ive tried taking cromium tablets, Ive tried drinking 3 litres of water, I have a piece of fruit at night instead of reaching for anything else and in fact most of the time I dont even have any of that in the house as I know I will completely consume it.
I have stevia in my tea and other things, but I cant seem to kick the biscuits and lollies!
So my question to you is how did you kick that sugar habit?
